Sitting on 2,47 acres, surrounded by orange trees hills, and offering beautiful landscape views. Our charming farmhouse has the true home-away-from-home feel. We have the main house, offering the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a former shed restored into a 2-bedroom suite cosy guest house which overlooks the pool. Ideal for families or small groups looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay: 160 euros (single fee) This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for: . Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys). . Additional orders and deliveries of towels . Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence). . All other types of services not mentioned in the property information. A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment. We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid: • From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm onwards: 45 euros • Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros • “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros
