Welcome to QUINTA DO SOBRAL, a beautiful family-owned farmhouse renewed in 2021 in Porches, just 15 minutes from the beaches of Armação de Pera and Carvoeiro. Sitting on 2,47 acres, surrounded by orange trees hills, and offering beautiful landscape views. Our charming farmhouse has the true home-away-from-home feel. We have the main house, offering the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a former shed restored into a 2-bedroom suite cosy guest house which overlooks the pool. Ideal for families or small groups looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay: 160 euros (single fee) This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for: . Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys). . Additional orders and deliveries of towels . Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence). . All other types of services not mentioned in the property information. A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment. We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid: • From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm onwards: 45 euros • Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros • “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Alcantarilha and Amendoieras Golf Course – 3 kms Armação de Pera beaches - 7kms Silves – 12 kms The neighborhood Situated just 10 minutes from the Armação de Pera and Silves. The house is in rural and safe neighborhood. Car is recommended, Great area for hiking lovers.
