We are delighted to present you with this magnificent apartment located just minutes away from the city centre, in a secure building with a swimming pool. The apartment is situated in a privileged location in Olhão. In fact, it is just a five-minute walk from the ferry terminal that leads to the islands of Ria Formosa, such as Farol, Armona and Culatra and close to the bustling fishing port of the town. This spacious and bright apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable double beds to ensure a peaceful sleep. The fully equipped kitchen is like new, with an oven, microwave, kettle, and other essential appliances. The kitchen opens up to a large, air-conditioned living room. A comfortable leather sofa and a large television adorn this bright room, where a wide glass window lets in the sunlight. You also have two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Finally, there is the balcony where you can enjoy an outdoor breakfast during the day and a beautiful sunset in the evening. To top it off, the apartment's private (and covered) parking space is a real bonus in this city where finding a place to park is often challenging. You will be in immediate proximity to the famous fish market and the vibrant street: Avenida 05 de Outubro, where you can enjoy the nightlife and numerous local restaurants. In summary, this apartment is the ideal place to stay for those seeking to enjoy a pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal.
