A barbecue grill and an inviting swimming pool offer the ideal setting for relaxation and entertainment. Bask in the sunshine on comfortable loungers or take a refreshing dip. The pool can be heated upon request. Venture upstairs to discover two exquisitely designed bedrooms with balconies. Each bedroom boasts ample wardrobe space, one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and second bedroom with private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. Other Things to Note Care of the Villa - Please remember that you are staying in our home away from home. Please treat this home with respect. Pool Safety Fence - Available and provided upon request. For guests with children is it mandatory to use the pool safety fence, kindly inform us in advance so we can have it setup prior to your arrival. Heated Pool - Available upon request. Parties, Events and Noise - The home is located in a residential area therefore loud music or noise is not permitted after 10pm. Parties and events of large gatherings are strictly forbidden. Guests that break the house rules will be asked to leave the premises. Smoking inside the house is forbidden, you are more than welcome to smoke outside of the house, we kindly request to put your ashes in an ashtray. Pets are not allowed Guests should contact our team 45min before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in)
