Our comfortable home is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation. Fully renovated just this year with a comfortable and modern design, it is within walking distance (5 minutes) of Praia da Vau beach. You'll be in the center of Portimão, with easy access to all the best restaurants and bars and Praia da Rocha. You can enjoy incredible sunsets and sundown's on our terrace that overlooks Monchique Mountain. Stay with family and friends and make our home your home away from home. The star of our house is our large balcony with unobstructed views of the Monchique mountains where you can enjoy your meals while watching the incredible sunrise or sunset or simply relax on the sofa. The house features a living room space with a sofa bed (double bed), kitchen, and dining table for you to enjoy your meals inside as well. The large bedroom has a double bed and a new mattress and closet. In the second bedroom, you can find 2 single beds and a closet. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need and has a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. All the necessary amenities are available, including kitchenware, bed linen, and towels. For our younger guests, we can install a crib in the bedroom. In case you need to see how to use the house appliances or some local recommendations, or how to get around, we are happy to assist. There is a book of information in the cabinet under the TV as well with some details. In case you would like us to schedule an additional cleaning during your stay, the additional cost is 65 euros and is subject to staff availability. For shorts stays in case a replacement of sheets and towels is required please let us know. The additional cost is 40 euros for the whole house.

The closest beach is Praia do Vau and is located 5 minutes away by walking. For those who arrive by car, there is free parking around the neighbourhood, in front and on the back of the building. In case you wish to use the bus to get around the city, there is a bus stop in Praia de Vau of bus Vai e Vem is a public transportation provider in Portimao which operates Bus routes. The Vai e Vem has 17 Bus routes in Portimao with 476 Bus stops. Their Bus routes cover an area from the North (Mexilhoeira Grande) with a stop at Montes De Cima to the South (Portimão) with a stop at Fortaleza.Their most western stop is Vale De Corgo (Mexilhoeira Grande) and the most eastern stop is Rua Dos Operários, 21 (Portimão).
