A historic villa in São João do Estoril, renovated to offer all the comforts of modern living while preserving its original architecture and retaining all its charm. The house features four bedrooms: two with twin beds and two with double beds. All equipped with central heating and plenty of storage space. Two modern bathrooms with shower and central heating and one powder room. A spacious living room with comfortable sofas, TV, and central heating, exuding rustic charm, and opening onto a picturesque covered balcony with a dining table. A dining room with a spacious central table to gather and enjoy your meals. A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, washing machines, and dishwasher. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
