House Care is born from the intention to make the universe of condominium and apartment management closer to each of us. It is a service whose differentiation is based on the identity of the brand created by Joana and Celeste, in which the customer becomes a friend and the apartment becomes a home. This is a project that has the signature of two women from the north of Portugal, who want to make a difference in a competitive market, where the metric of their growth passes through the amount of smiles that drive.

The Beach House stands out for its quiet location and immediate access to the beach. Open the doorways of the living room and you will wake up with the air of the sea of Madalena beach! You'll benefit with a cozy atmosphere, an excellent choice for a holiday with friends, family or even a romantic weekend. Nearby, there are supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop and bakery, bars, children's playgrounds, the historical area of Vila Nova de Gaia (Port Wine Cellars) and the historic area of Porto. The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall and equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee and tea maker, hob, oven, washing machine and fridge), living room with dining and living area with sofa bed double and single bed, has a full bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with double bed. You can enjoy the terrace area, with connection to the livingroom and immediate access to the beach. The building has two fronts, so it benefits from natural lighting. A parking space will be available, in case you need to park your vehicle.

Located in a residential area and a lot of demand for those who like the beach and to surf. You can buy your bread or eat a snack in the bakery in front of the building, make your grocery shopping in the supermarket next to the building, have lunch or dinner in the restaurant next door, take a walk along the walkway that accompanies the seafront or have a cocktail at the nearest bar.
