Casa Koya is located in a privileged place, and one hour away, Lisbon is the ideal place to rest away from the city. Wake up to the chirping of birds, listen to neighbors' sheep, and be enchanted by the peace of the countryside. You can marvel at the peace and other cities and activities: horse riding, marvelous Atlantic ocean beaches, Évora, city, Wine tours, Karting, Hot air balloon rides, authentic Portuguese food and delicacies, and even skydiving. All in less than 50 min from the property.
Hello, I'm Rebeca, I'm a Nurse, and I love the area of ​​personal development self-leadership and entrepreneurship. This is the story of how I started hosting on Airbnb. As a nurse, becoming a host on the platform never crossed my mind, but I started to believe in the Airbnb philosophy when I got to know the company. Little by little, having my own space on Airbnb, meeting new people, and showing my country started to be a dream. I was living outside of Portugal, and I really wanted to get back here. I started looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city and close to nature. After much searching, I found this house. Lost in the countryside, but close to Lisbon. The dream started to get stronger, and I knew I had found my place. The house had some improvements, and we started working on them. We did some upgrades, and we dealt with a lot of problems, but we overcame everything. As an aspiring entrepreneur, I knew my job was to roll up my sleeves and do everything to make a dream come true. And here I am. After a lot of struggle, sleepless nights, and many doubts. The hosting experience is new to me, but I hope to receive all that it offers: connections between fantastic people. Now you know more about me and how I joined the Airbnb community.
