Casa de Apra is a fantastic, completely new built (2015) villa. The quality is of a very high level. Very well built, well isolated, good to heat (floor heating) and to cool (air conditioning everywhere). Enjoy the large open kitchen with all possible appliances. Double doors give access to the spacious terrace overlooking the pool. The villa is situated on a large plot (8,800 m²) with many Mediterranean trees such as orange, olive, almond and fig. Furthermore, there are terraces all around, also near the swimming pool. Also the barbecue and outdoor shower are present. The herb garden is there to be used by the guests. From the house, the terraces and the swimming pool has a wide view of the surroundings. There is also a paved area where volleyball and petanque can be played.

The villa is very quiet but not isolated, between the hills with here and there another house. Loulé, a lively provincial town, is 4 km away. Here you can do all your shopping, find restaurants etc. The daily market in the old market hall is an attraction in itself! Also interesting is a walk through the streets of the old centre with its various sights. The beaches of Quarteira and Vilamoura are the closest and can be reached in a fifteen minute drive. The central location of Casa de Apra in the Algarve makes this holiday home an excellent starting point for trips to the west and/or east!
