Casa das Pedras is the starting point for paths that explore the history and charms of Northern Alentejo. Located in the Serra de São Mamede National Park, it is just a few minutes from Marvão and Castelo de Vide. Casa das Pedras is over 200 years old and was restored by us. It is a Quinta where you can relax under 100 olive trees, cork oaks and fruit trees. It can accommodate 6 people with all the comfort of country life. Let yourself be absorbed by this environment.
Somos Márcia e Pieter, viajantes e exploradores. Nos últimos 20 anos percorremos o mundo em quase toda a sua extensão, indo dos mares da Antártica à Groenlândia, dos desertos da Namíbia às montanhas do Cáucaso, dos campos de arroz do Cambodja às paisagens coloridas do Atacama. Exploramos as florestas russas e o centro ensolarado da Austrália. Moramos no Alentejo pois aqui o mundo é maior, as paisagens mais bonitas e o céu mais limpo.
Situada no Parque Nacional da Serra do São Mamede, Casa das Pedras fica a 7 km do Castelo de Marvão, Patrimônio Histórico da UNESCO e a 14 km de Castelo de Vide. A Quinta de 1,5 hectares situa-se na vila de Santo Antonio das Areias, típico recanto alentejano cercado por sobreiros e oliveiras. A região tem inúmeras trilhas para caminhadas e outras para andar de bicicleta. O estacionamento da Quinta fica sob as oliveiras com entrada exclusiva para os hóspedes e poucos passos do studio.
