The newly built, modern apartment 'Vista Verde' is located on the 2nd line in the Formosa Bay complex in the town of Cabanas de Tavira. This ground floor apartment has a spacious terrace which borders the communal garden and is located in a quiet area. The apartment is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The spacious, bright living room is cosily furnished with a 2-seater sofa and 2 chairs. There is a separate dining area for 4 people. This room is equipped with a TV with chromecast, bluetooth hi-fi set, and air conditioning. Through a sliding door you come out on the terrace where there is a 4-person garden furniture and 2 relaxing chairs. The luxury kitchen is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances for example: dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge-freezer combination. The bedroom has a double built-in wardrobe, a large sliding window with blackout curtains and a king box spring bed. Here you also find air conditioning. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet and a bath with shower. The apartment has private parking. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs but because everything is on the same floor, people with a walking disability can stay here.

It is located 300 meters walk from the beach, restaurants and the cozy shops in this nice fishing village Cabanas de Tavira. The Ria Formosa Nature Park is literally on the doorstep. Just across the waters is the long, white sand Ilha de Cabanas island beach, which can be accessed by ferry or water-taxi. A ladie's and men's mountain bike are ready for you, which are included in the rental price. We quarantee you will enjoy walking and cycling in the beautiful surroundings with its wonderful olive trees and vigorous oleanders. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport. The train line Faro-Vila Real de Stº Antonio is 2 km from the apartment so there's no need renting a car to discover the magnificent Eastern Algarve. It is a perfect holiday residence for golf enthusiasts, within a radius of 20 km there are 5 highly regarded golf courses. But also the beach, sea and nature lover, bird watcher or just the peace seeker will feel at home here. Come and enjoy the beautiful Algarve with the beautiful nature, history and the almost always beautiful weather. We would like to welcome the winter visitor, different rates apply here.
