Quinta Do Lago is internationally-renowned as one of Europe's finest resort destinations. It simply has it all - beautiful beach, Ria Formosa Nature reserve, restaurants, bars, shopping, spas and sports galore. There is just so much to do during a holiday here...or...nothing at all! It has many facilities and amenities to cater for an active or totally relaxed lifestyle. Quinta Amora is in the Lakeside Village which is a community of houses right by the Lake and perfectly located for the beach, restaurants and bars. The neighbourhood is peaceful with a mix of full-time residents and holiday homes. On site facilities are great with 2 communal pools, snack bar, tennis courts and a short walk to a choice of restaurants and bars. Our favourite is the Shack on the Lake - great food, good vibe and always very chilled... The Lake also has its own beach and water sports facility which makes it a great place for families to have some fun. The Ria Formosa nature reserve offers lovely walks and takes you to the sandy beaches of Quinta Do Lago or Garrao with a number of restaurants like Gigi's set amongst the sand dunes. For sports lovers there is the newly-finished "Campus" facility too.
