We have lived in Puerto Rico since 2008 and know the island well- any questions feel free to ask! Before that the Colorado Rockies were our home for many years. When we are not on the beach we are usually back in Colorado visiting friends and family. We love sharing the town of Breckenridge and the island of Puerto Rico with our visitors! If you have any questions about your trip feel free to contact us. Enjoy! We are so excited to have you experience Rincon and want you to have the best trip ever! We have a property manager that is available during your stay should anything unexpected pop up. To set you up for the best possible experience, we encourage you to ask questions prior to your trip and print your welcome pack as cell service on the island can be intermittent depending on your carrier.

This unique property offers a spacious communal outdoor area including a large bohio (open air patio) . With just 2 other units sharing this space which includes a wet bar, hammock chairs and multiple relaxation zones, you are sure to find your own special nook to unwind and reflect. The interior of your unit features 3 bedrooms (A/C in bedrooms only), bathroom, and a comfy open concept living & eat in kitchen area. Opportunity to rent all 3 units (5 bedrooms) for full privacy. Casa Piña Suave is a cozy vacation rental on a quiet street that dead ends into the ocean just 3 houses down. Easy to find (this address actually pulls up on your phone!), your vacation will begin stress free. Utilities include reliable town water (plus a 400 gallon cistern), full electricity, on demand hot water direct to the shower (not in the sinks), AC in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the living room, eat in kitchen and bedrooms, and high speed WiFi, you can unplug or plug in as much as needed.

Corcega is a quiet neighborhood on the south end of Rincon. This area is known for sandy beaches and calm waters. The popular surfing beaches of Rincon are less than 10 minutes away. The house is on a quiet street with lovely neighbors. The public sports complex is close by and offers tennis courts, soccer field, rubber coated track and body weight exercise equipment. Alemendros beach, known as the best swimming beach in Rincon, is less than a half mile away. The beautiful Rincon town plaza is less than 2 miles away.
