With these words I welcomed you in the first Coral Sea Margi Apartment and invite you to two more. Margi Apartments is a young brand, evoking spending time in a place that always provides you with everything you cannot pack in a suitcase. A comfortable bed with nice bedding, comfortable furniture and attractive interiors, which you will not want to leave. The brand was born in July 2017 and offers the first apartments by the Baltic Sea in Swinoujscie and Szczecin. In the near future, there will be more apartments, always maintained in a high standard and offering a relaxing stay. To ensure your relaxation and well-being in Margi Apartments, I use the knowledge and experience gained in the most prestigious sectors of tourist reception: luxury private yachts and five-star Monte Carlo and Milan hotels. Please carefully review the offer and messages to you. We might not always answer your phone call immediately :) - The facility only accepts electronic payments. Cash payments are not possible. Please prepare a card or another online payment method if you will be using additionally paid options. - There is a charge for pet stay (24 PLN per night per pet). - IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE, please indicate this on the registration card and provide the details for the invoice and the email to send it to. - Coffee, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc., are provided as a welcome quantity. - The building has recently been put into use, and there may be noise related to finishing works in other premises or the building until 5 PM. On Sundays and holidays, the work is suspended. -We reserve the right to take a deposit against possible damages or non-compliance with the regulations: 800 PLN. -A crib with a set of bedding, for a child up to 2 years old, costs 30 PLN per night. Nearby there is a tennis club where the international tennis tournament PeKaO Open takes place every year. Restaurant, shops, bakery. Very close from there to the beautiful Kasprowicz Park.
