Studio apartment with balcony in a beautiful, revitalized Art Nouveau building with an intimate patio. Apartment divided between kitchenette combined with dining area, lounge area, bathroom and climatic balcony. Apartment is new, elegant, classic style, finished with the highest quality materials: oak parquet, granite worktop, wooden furniture, marble. The apartment offers comfortable conditions for 2-4 people. We rent whole apartment with a comfortable double bed, sofa bed, free Wi-Fi, TV (with access to Netflix platform), modern kitchen in classic style with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and washer-dryer. There is also a hair dryer, iron, ironing board. Our guests are welcomed with: coffee, tea. Safety in the building is ensured by 24-hour security.
Apartment is located on the 3rd floor, on the most popular Piotrkowska Street in Łódź. It is close to Manufaktura (biggest City Mall in the city), OFF Piotrkowska (lots of pubs and restaurants are gathered in one place), Philharmonic, EC1 and the Factory Station. There are countless restaurants, cafes, pubs, stores nearby. Nearby there are also three large parking lots, including guarded 24 hours a day.
