Convenient location, quiet but fairly close to the city centre and old town- 15/20 min on public transportation

The room and the bathroom were brand-new. Everything was newly renovated and the beds were comfy and clean. The room was very big and had a table where you could eat a takeaway or a sandwich. Every 2 rooms have to share a bathroom so if you are lucky and no one has the room next to you you have a private bathroom The people who run the Hotel are super friendly and always happy to help. The hotel itself is a bit older but don't judge the book by its cover, we felt totally comfortable and it has free Parking. The area doesn't have much restaurant or bars but you can take the tram (2min from hotel) and within 15 min you are in the center. Very convenient We can totally recommend to stay here

We liked mostly everything, big room for good value, clean, tidy and comfortable. Even though receptionist didn't speak English, she was very nice and friendly, so no struggle in communicating. Good location. 15 minutes on the tram to Main Station.

The room was very comfortable,good size and very cheap. Parking available for my lwb van foc. I paid for private bathroom facilities.However the room I had shared bathroom facilities with 1 adjoining room .The two rooms were both secured with another door. The hotel had arranged for the room next to me not to be made available so effectively I did have a private bathroom area. A little confusing on arrival but it was Private bathroom lol. It's an hours walk from Krakow centre which was fine for me and I knew this when booking. There is a tram service direct to town about 2 minutes walk away. There is also a McDonald's and a Lidl store 2 minutes away and a small store immediately next door. This was fine for a one night stop which was all I needed.

The rooms are very clean and modern; free parking; towels, soap and shampoo provided for; showers have good pressure and hot water. Bathroom only shared with 1 other room, so almost a private bathroom; Lidl and tram stop 4min walk with tram being 20min journey to city centre. 24hr reception. Not sure about the kitchen facilities as we never used them. Would recommend!
