On the ground floor of the house there is a covered terrace with garden furniture, which offers additional space for relaxation and outdoor meetings. It's the perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening drink overlooking the water. The house on the water is equipped with air conditioning and heating, which makes it comfortable and friendly for every season. Regardless of the weather, you can enjoy a pleasant temperature inside the cottage.
