Hi! My name is Carlos and I've been in the hospitality business nearly all of my life. I am Filipino-American who was born in Virginia, raised all over the world due to my family being part of the diplomatic corps (Ambassador and diplomats) but finally settled down in New York where I lived for most of my life before deciding to move to the Philippines.
