It has a patio, balcony facing south. Two well-trained security guards per gate, 24/7 roaming security that keep everyone safe.
I am a business minded and very passionate women, I invested in real estate, renting out rooms, for property rentals platform. I work hard and saved a lot and focus on sowing the seeds that will provide those future rewards. Within the years of hardwork, I traveled to 34 different countries within four continent, (where i get to learn, integrate and understand other culture well and explored fascinating local various and cuisines).
LANCASTER NEW CITY is located within the boundary of Imus-Genera Trias, Cavite. Public transportation run from Centennial Road to Lawton & Caloocan. A shuttle service is made available for residents in Lancaster New City to go around the development, and the nearby town, for a minimal fee. Accessing the township is made easy thru Lancaster New City’s Tap N’ Ride Transport System. Adjacent to The Square, the transport system has buses and shuttles that take guests and residents around the different areas of the development. The Tap N’ Ride Transport System also has buses that bring residents and guests from the development to Coastal Mall and vice versa.
