Any damage will be fined to guests *Management has the right to amend the Property Rules & Regulations any time.* DAMAGE TO PROPERTY Any damage to the property or any contents therein by a guest, guest’s family or extended guests, must be reported immediately to the management. The full cost of repair & replacement will be the personal responsibility & obligation of the paying guest.
