We are in the epicenter of Punta Chame, where you will find a variety of beaches, restaurants and activities. There is a sentry box to enter the neighborhood, so the place is safe. We have a lot of privacy in the house with a large lot. The only thing to emphasize is that on weekends we have neighbors who play loud music. On weekdays this does not usually happen. Once on the interamerican highway, at the "Punta Chame" sign on the left, continue along that road until you reach the end. There are a couple of holes in the road, but any car will arrive. There will be a security guard before entering the neighborhood. The house is on D street which is on the right hand side. Then take left hand and you will see the entrance to the house. A white gate with a mosaic sign reading "Las Palmeras".
