Close to everything hamilton has to offer - A short walk to Ann St Beach and River walks. - 2 minute drive to St Andrews Golf course - 2 minute drive to Hamilton pools - 5 minute drive to either town or The Base Shopping Centre - 5 minute drive to Waikato Stadium - 10 minute drive to Globox Arena Enjoy a large double bath while the luxury real flame fire warms the lounge for a cosy movie or game night. Neighbourhood information

Two streets off one of Hamiltons main straights, this is both quiet and still very central. Beerescourt is known for its close proximity to Hamiltons best river walks which can provide guests with an enjoyable walk directly into the heart of the city or a leisurely walk to the local parks or golf course. Centrally located, guest can walk to town via the river, grab a short Uber to the Base or be 15 minutes drive from any corner of the city. With room for 3 cars in the driveway and always plenty of free parking on the quiet street, parking is never an issue.
