The Guest area is accessible via private entrance. Our spacious, bright, clean rooms offers everything you should need for a fantastic stay. Well equipped, we provide clean linen and towels, quality soap/shampoo, a hairdryer, Coffee plunger, coffee pod machine and a choice of herbal teas. Breakfast is provided as an additional extra , muesli, fruit, yogurt, toast, spreads. Guests can enjoy cycling nearby, or make the most of the vineyard. My husband and I have a large home, well suited to having guests stay. We have recently moved to Cromwell having spent many years holiday and enjoying the Central Otago lifestyle. We love meeting people from different countries, and enjoy travelling ourselves, often staying in B&B's, so we have a very good understanding Guests expectations

We have direct access to the Lake Dunstan cycle Trail - linking Cromwell and Clyde at the front and back of our property. Set on a 2 Hectare lifestyle block with Vines, Olive trees and rural views. Located just 3 km from the Cromwell Mall with its cafes, supermarket, shops and a 5 minute drive to the many local wineries in and around Bannockburn. Close by is the Highlands Motopark, Cromwell's Historic Precinct with galleries, gift shops, cafes, farmer's market (Sundays). Queenstown and Wanaka are each 55km away
