The Watermark Apartments are in a prime location - walking distance to town, restaurants, café’s, supermarket, the lake, and all of our popular events such as Summer Concert and Ironman to name a few. Boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including ensuite), this apartment can sleep up to 6 guests when using the sofa-bed. Bedding configuration is 1x Super King, 2x King-Single beds (these can be put together to make a super king), and 1x Double Sofa bed. If you require bedding for the sofa-bed or if you would like the 2x King-Single beds put together, you will need to let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. The apartment has an internal garage where you can park a vehicle and store bikes or sports gear. Wifi included. We provide bedding and towels. Exit clean included in nightly rate.
