Picture you and the family dining alfresco in summer or snuggling up on the sofa on a winter retreat with this brilliant backdrop! Soul Retreat is a family home offering ample living space in the elevated open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, plus three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. On the sunny north-westerly side of the home, open the bi-folding doors of the lounge and let the fresh coastal air in. Find yourself wandering out onto the sheltered sundeck to enjoy the year-round warm weather that Cable Bay enjoys. The interior of Soul Retreat has been carefully curated and decorated with the right balance of homely furnishings, great pops of colour, and modern fittings. It comes equipped with a BBQ, a Smart TV with Netflix for evening entertainment, and WiFi when you want to post some great snaps of the view! With the estuary right at the bottom of the garden, you and your family will be able to come and go from the water's edge all day long. There is a kayak on-site, just waiting to hit the water. And when you get back, there is even an outdoor shower to help everyone rinse off! If you have plans to bring the boat and head out onto the water, the Taipa boat ramp is 1km away. Soul Retreat sits at the northern edge of Cable Bay, with amazing neighbouring towns and beaches all nearby and when you don't feel like cooking, take a short seven-minute drive to the famous Mangonui Fish Shop! With incredible views and enough room for your whole family or group to enjoy an idyllic NZ waterfront hideaway, Soul Retreat is calling your name! The seaside settlements of Coopers Beach, Cable Bay and Taipa overlook some truly spectacular coastline. For those who enjoy diving, Coopers Beach offers some great shore diving spots. Head into Mangonui to try the 'world famous in New Zealand' fish and chips (a must!), and to wander about the quaint shops and streets of this charming fishing village.
