Our Double Bedroom & Private bathroom offer a spacious room with lots of storage and almost everything you need in one room. This room is also located on the ground floor and is the only room on the ground floor next to the garage (which is being used as a storage room) so it gives more privacy for guests. This room is also located next to the front door so it is easy access to get outside and inside. To get access to shared kitchen/dining room & living room you just walk up the stairs. There are also 2 doors that seperate our personal rooms & bathrooms from the shared rooms. Please keep in mind we are a functioning family too. Our kids all go to school and kindergarten so house is quiet 8.30 - 3pm & kids are asleep by 8pm.

Hello! We are a family of 5 (3 young children). We are Polynesian & European. We are an active family & enjoy going to the gym and playing sports. I run a small business online so I will usually be home but in the back of house in my office. I have so far enjoyed hosting and meeting new people and also just being able to run another small business from the convenience of our own home has been fun.

Quiet neighbourhood with beautiful greenery & everything needed is close-by. Aotea lagoon 5-10 walk down the road that has a big playground, splash pad, garden area & lagoon walk. Beaches are only 5-10 drive away.
