The house is set well off a no exit rural road and is fullly fenced with a beautiful deck facing North. Plenty of parking is provided and guests will enjoy being close to our beloved rural pets such as miniature ponies, calves, cows and sheep. The house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests (including a sofa bed in the lounge) There are two bedrooms. One with a king-sized bed, and ensuite with shower, TV, drawers and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds OR 1 x king-sized bed (as required) with drawers and built in wardrobe. The main bathroom contains shower, toilet, basin, washing machine/dryer, and hairdryer. The lounge has a large flat screen TV with Live TV and Netflix. Free wifi available throughout house. The house is fully insulated with air conditioning/heat pump in the lounge. Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, wall oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. A variety of seating options available, including barstools, lounge suite, and outdoor seating with table and umbrella. Modern BBQ with utensils is also situated on the deck. Guest access via lock box. Tea, coffee, milo, milk, soap, shampoo/conditioner will be provided. Breakfast is not included. There is a fabulous cafe only 5 minutes away. Portacot and/or highchair available on request.
