About the Property Bed and Breakfast in Unsworth Heights is double story house, which is centrally located in Westminster Gardens, suburb of Unsworth Heights, Albany. This is the most beautiful, quiet, and safe area in North Shore. All bedrooms are located on upper floor. There is only one common entrance. You have to share common bathroom and toilets with 1 room guest (if any) during your stay. Both double bedrooms have extra space. Bedroom 1 has a desk and a chair if you would like to work/study. Unlimited internet access with free WIFI in all rooms and shared areas is provided. All rooms have fans and heaters, and downstairs is an open plan lounge, dinning and kitchen area. TV, heat pump/AC is on the ground floor. This house has complete HRV system. Complimentary breakfast includes tea, coffee, cereals, as well as bread and fruits. Stove top/Gas top as well as the oven are NOT permitted for cooking. Beef and pork are NOT allowed inside the property at any given time. You may use microwave to heat up your meals and the dishwasher is available for all the dirty dishes. Outside the building has a large pagola with more outdoor furniture for a calm, relaxing view. Parking is available on the property.

During your stay we are happy to give you all the space you need, but equally happy to engage whenever needed and give local tips about the area, or just to chat we are sociable people and love to engage with new people. We are a well-travelled couple, with lots of knowledge about Auckland and in general life in New Zealand, which we are happy to share with you. We both are New Zealand trained health professionals, and even though we have rather busy schedules, we will try our best to ensure that our guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay.
