Please note that some accommodation options do not have a private bathroom. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities. Please refer to the room names, room facilities and room descriptions.

Please note if you make a reservation on the same day of your arrival, please make your reservation before 18:00. Reception hours at the property are 08:00 until 19:00 daily.

Please note if you require late check in at the property, payment will need to be processed prior to access to the room being given. For more information, please contact Avondale Motor Park using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. When requesting late check-in, if credit card details are invalid or payment can't be processed via credit card, the reservation will be cancelled.

Duvet and towel is not included in the price. Duvet and towel are available to hire for an additional charge of $10 per duvet package ( towel included ) per stay, or guests can choose to bring their own. Pillows and sheet is already in room.

Please bring your own beddings,like dovet,pillow and towels etc. Due to the healthy considesation,We only provide free bed sheet since Covid-19. Thanks for your understanding and corporations!

LINEN: We only have 10 sets of bedding providing for emergency use. Duvets and towels are extra charge $20/set, if you need hire the beddings please let us know how many set you need before your arrival

All children under 4 years-old are free to stay with us. Children age from 5 to 14, need to pay as Child price. If you booked for a two-bedroom flat, the extra children is extra $15 per child per night. If you booked for a tourist cabin, the extra children is extra $12 per child per night.
