It is not far to beautiful Gjeving, where you can find a boat rental and take the ferry to Lyngør - Northern Europe's best kept village. Near Hagefjordbrygga there is a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for warm summer days. In Nes Verk there is a golf course and a museum that offers guided tours of the Solberg mine.
