Plan the days adventures, maybe you will climb one of the mountain tops or take a paddle tour around the beaches and bird sanctuarys. Our locally known and experienced skipper Halvard will make sure you are safe on your journey to all the secret locations.
After many great adventures in the southern latitudes, we have finally found peace here in the north and realized we live in the middle of the world’s most beautiful archipelago. Here we want to be able to continue sailing, as well as create an offer for both locals and visitors who want to experience the northern pearls of northern Norway.
Grytøya has many beautiful mountain hikes, and several of these are accessible from ports and anchorages. If you would rather do water sports, then the skerries on Grøtavær, Meløyvær, Krøttøya and Helløya are perfect for RIB tours, paddling with SUP/kayak, free diving, or just pure recreation. There is also a lot of history in the islands, with graves and tufts after the Viking Age, as well as Meløyvær fort which is located on Krøttøya. On Sandsøya you can visit Altevika farm and secure short-distance lamb thighs and jams from the farm shop, or fresh baked goods at Tinghuset bakery.
