The APARTMENTS company was established in 2007 and runs several apartment buildings with over 100 apartments dedicated to help customers with short and long term stays in Oslo. Our reception is located at Josefines gate 30 - The SWEET. We have a 24/7 mobile reception, where you can reach us. During office hours we are here for you via email, phone and chats here. After office hours you can reach us via mobile phone and our Securitas service can help you out in emergencies. We are an experienced and responsible host, with a friendly and helpful staff. We focus on efficient check ins, quiet stays and cleanliness of our apartments. Our house rules are simple: No parties, quiet time from 10 PM - 08 AM, easy check in after 3 PM, easy check out at 11 AM and cleaning of the apartment is included in the nightly rate. We appreciate it if you dispose of your trash and put on the dishwasher before you depart. Whether you are travelling alone, with friends, or family we are always happy to make your accommodation a great experience. Our first location at Frogner is Kanalen 3, which is located near the sea, with a roof top terrasse with sea view. They keys to the apartment can be picked up from the reception or we can arrange for a meet and greet upon request. Our apartments all have an open kitchen and living room, space to eat and an amazing Englesson bed to sleep in. All our apartments are on the upper floors accessible by lift/elevator or stairs with balcony, and access to a roof top terrasse. The apartment building is situated at Tjuvholmen (thief island), near the attractions Aker Brygge pier / wharf, boardwalk and shopping center. Here you find lots of sea food restaurants and outdoor sitting areas as well as museums and swimming possibilities. There are great public transportation opportunities to museum island - Bygdøy, work places at Fornebu and with the city center just a 15 minute walk away. Our second location at Frogner is at Parkveien 73, which features a modern apartment building in a historic facade with historic surroundings. This apartment building only operates with mobile keys trough the app Unloc., please make sure you have a smartphone compatible with the application. We have two different apartment types that are suitable for both short and longer stays. Our apartments all have an open kitchen and living room, space to eat and an amazing Englesson bed to sleep in. Some apartments also a balcony. Right outside the apartment building you can take the bus number 21, which goes to Tjuvholmen and further to Fornebu. The nearby attractions include Solli plass, Vigelandsparken, The Royal Palace and the city center is only a 15 minutes’ walk away. You will find our reception in Josefines gate 30 / The SWEET, which is staffed in the opening hours and will help you with questions about shops, restaurants and sights in the area.

Kanalen 3 is located at Tjuvholmen nearby Aker Brygge pier / wharf. This area of Frogner features museums, shopping center and many delicious restaurants with sea food and outdoor sitting areas. If you prefer to grocery shop and cook at home, the nearest shop is only 5 minutes walking distance as well as the liquor store (Vinmonopolet), is also close by. Whether you would like to go to the city center which is only a 15 minutes walk away, explore the shops, restaurants and museums or take a swim, this area is great for people who like to experience what Oslo has to offer for a reasonable price with a great location. The opera house and Oslo central station are only 25 min walking distance and there are many convenient public transport possibilities like trams, busses and subway station near by at National Theater. Parkveien 73 is centrally located in Oslo between Frogner and Tjuvholmen in the Skillebekk area. Bus 21 goes directly outside and directly to Tjuvholmen and further to Fornebu. Other public transport such as trams, trains and flight trains are also nearby at the National Theater, which is also conveniently close to the Royal Palace and Karl Johan Street. You can easily find grocery shopping nearby as well as Solli Plass, where you can take trams and busses in and out of the city center. Walking to the Royal Palace and the Park is also an opportunity with only 15 minutes walking distance.
