Cabin Living AS is Norwegian company which was founded in January 2017. We manage more than 40 properties by now. We stand for providing personal service to all guests. All our properties are located on the best Norwegian resorts, ski in/out or by the sea. Everyone can find a cabin or an apartment on one owns taste, either modern and new or traditional Norwegian. Welcome to this eye-catching sea cabin yard on Skipperheia on Justøya! The cabin is located next to a shared path which is mostly paved. This means that suitcases and prams can be wheeled relatively easily almost all the way. It is around 200 meters from the car park to the cabin. The cabin yard consist of the main cabin with the "triangular cabin" attached, as well as 2 separate annexes with sleeping places. The cottage is surrounded by terraces and gardens. There is a large terrace at the short end of the cabin, with an exit from the living room. Here it is sunny and beautiful, and a view of the garden and a great view of the sea from the seating area on the svaberg rocks. There are also other smaller terraces around, so that you always find a cozy place to be. The cabin complex contains three units: Main cabin: The triangular cabin has two large bedrooms with brand new beds and mattress toppers from Zen and are approximately 15 and 20 m2. Bedroom 1: double bed 150X200, loft mattress 160X200 Bedroom 2: double bed 150X200, single bed 90X200. Bedroom 1 is the largest bedroom and has a small living room. There is a complete bathroom with shower and a laundry room with toilet and sink in Annex 1. Annex 1: Kristinabu. A bedroom approx. 10/15 m2. Double bed 160X200 with new mattress topper. New chests of drawers with plenty of space for clothes. The annex has its own terrace and access to the laundry room with toilet and sink. Annex 2: Juliabu. A bedroom with a small double bed 120X200, upper bunk 75X190 (a cot). Both beds have new mattress toppers + a new chest of drawers and are approx. 8/10m Has access to own large terrace. Annex 3: Süssebo. Bedroom with double bed 160X200, new mattress topper, a loft with loft mattress 150X190. New chest of drawers. NB! Remember to take linen and towels with you. They are not included.

Justøya has a number of permanent residents, a number of cabins, some farming and with the incredibly charming shopping place Brekkestø at the southern end of the island. Lillesand which has all facilities and an active center with many summer activities is about 10 min drive away. On the inside of the island, the pleasant Blindleia begins, which directs boat traffic between islets from Lillesand and almost all the way to Kristiansand. It is about 20 min to drive to Kristiansand Zoo and amusement park and Sørlandssenteret, and about 25 min to Kristiansand. A few minutes walk from the cottage is Honsvika, a small but beautiful beach that is sheltered and very shallow, and thus great for families with small children.
