Strandafjellet is a perfect base for experiencing the most popular destinations in Sunnmøre; Norangsdalen / Hjørundfjorden (1 hour), Ålesund (1 hour), Stryn (1 hour), Trollstigen (1.5 hours), Norangsdalen, Geiranger (2 hours). Strandafjellet Ski Resort has been repeatedly voted Norway's powder paradise and is one of the best ski resorts in the country. Here you will find 6 lifts, including the gondola that takes you to the top of Roalden, and the Fjord Panorama restaurant. Up to 25 km of cross-country ski trails are also available here, and the illuminated trail passes right by Roalden Skigard.
