Seulle State is a grand villa that is located close to the world heritage site of the Wadden Sea. This villa still exudes the wonderful charm and allure of the past century. You will feel right at home! Experience the sunlight shine into the garden room, read a book at the cosy fireplace or relax in the Jacuzzi-room. Dine in the artfully decorated dining room or have a workout in the fitness studio. The villa has recently been equipped with a new steam shower cabin, an additional third shower cabin, a new massage chair, new furniture in the garden room, an air hocky table, Find peace and tranquillity in the shade of the old chestnut tree. Discover Friesland. The villa consists of the following rooms. The ground floor has an entrance hall, a lobby, a Jacuzzi room with a third shower cabin and massagechair , a toilet, a garden room, a dining room, a dining kitchen and a so-called Wilhelmina room. On the first floor you will find six bedrooms , a fitness studio combined with a shower/ steam cabine, a pool table, airhockytable, bathroom and a loggia. Guests have access to all rooms of the house. The coach-house located close to the main building can be locked.
I am an entrepreneur and the owner of an Internet agency. I own two houses in which to live. Furthermore, we also enjoy the pleasures of sailing in the Mediterranean, as well as running, culture, motorbike tours and entrepreneurial activities. Seulle State is a beautiful villa located in the province of Friesland. We are very eager to share this gemstone with others, so that they too can enjoy and appreciate the wonders of the magnificent Wadden Sea.
The villa is situated in the centre of a 2000 m2 plot and thus provides ample space for privacy. Sint Jacobiparochie is a quaint and peaceful town. Its residents are relaxed, friendly and down to earth. Delicious local cuisine can be enjoyed at the restaurant De Zwaarte Haan. The charming port town Harlingen and the ‘Elfsteden’-town Franeker with its planetarium, are also worth a visit. Over the previous years, the municipality of ‘Het Bildt’ has become increasingly popular. This is no surprise to us, as we too feel that ‘Het Bildt ‘ has something special. Alongside the peace and quiet, the clean air and the magnificent cloud formations, ‘Het Bildt’ offers everything one could wish for. A sauna, a subtropical swimming pool and a qualitative selection of shopping facilities are just some of its perks. Especially Sint Annaparochie has a great number of different shops. Leeuwarden, the charming Frisian capital and its vibrant cafes, bars and museums, can be reached in only 20 minutes by car. Another special fact about Sint Jacobiparochie is that it is the starting point of the famous pilgrims route leading all the way to Santiago de Compostela.
