This very spacious, newly renovated apartment is located right in the middle of the Witte de Withstraat and is ideal for couples, families, colleagues, or any group of up to 5 people. Within walking distance of Boijmans van Beuningen & Depot, Kunsthal, Nieuwe Instituut, De Doelen, WTC, the Markthal, restaurants, shops & supermarkets, Central Station, metro stations, and tram stops. Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft, Haarlem, Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam-The Hague Airport, Ahoy, and more are all easily accessible via public transport. Our stylish and spacious 100m2 apartment has everything you might need during your stay. It offers a large, well-lit living room with a TV, a record player with a sizeable collection of LPs, and super-fast Wi-Fi. The open kitchen has all the necessary cooking facilities, including a Nespresso machine, milk frother, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 guests. The beds can be arranged as single beds or double beds, depending on your preference. A baby bed is also available on request. The colorful bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, and includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer.

The Witte de Withstraat is a very lively street in the city center, with cultural institutions, restaurants, galleries, cool shops, and bars. The apartment is right in the middle, across from a former school building, which is now a museum gallery space for modern art (Tent Witte de With). The street is on the so-called Art Axis (Kunst-as) between the museums on the Leuvehaven and the Museum Park (Boijmans Van Beuningen, Het Nieuwe Instituut, the Natural History Museum, and the Kunsthal). The park is a short walk from the apartment. Festivals and markets are held here all year round (including the Parade, Open Air Cinema, Swan Market, Museum Night, etc.). New in town? There's no better place from which to discover Rotterdam than from this apartment. A must see. The apartment is in the center of the city. A few minutes walk from several Metro stations (Beurs, Leuvehaven, Eendrachtsplein) and the trams. Also, an 8-minute walk from De Doelen concert venue and conference center. Ahoy is 10 minutes from Leuvehaven (the nearest Metro station). There's a parking garage right around the corner of the street.
