The house is ideal for long-term stays, as we offer good discounts for monthly bookings. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with access to a private garden, just a few minutes walk from the beach. You’ll love the stunning views & the variety of water activities. We also provide 3 bikes & a toddler tricycle for you to explore the area. It is close to a supermarket including a vietnamese restaurant & a mini coffee corner, a bus stop. You can easily reach the city center by bus #5 or bike.

calm, park, beach, lake Meerstad is a very safe area, very close to Groningen (about 6.5 km from the center). It is extremely child-friendly and almost every house has a child. A very helpful community of Dutch people gathered to build this new housing area. People care for each other, children go to school safely (by bike) and they chill in the lake after school. Walking around the lake is 7 km and a very popular activity. Parking is free of charge here and next to the lake there are parking spots for electric cars with chargers. There are several play grounds and Meerstad Park in front of the house
