Airconditioned new design apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with shower and bathtub), open kitchen, living room and a beautiful sun terrace of 60m². Wellness facilities and an inside heated pool are available but need to be booked in advance at the reception desk of the nearby Park Welgelegen.
A new modern and light apartment, located just behind the dunes at Club Moio. The apartment is situated at the ground floor and has 2 private parking spaces in a private garage below the apartments. Access is granted through scanning of a QR code. The apartment is 120m² and has a sun terrace of 60m², which is a private terrace with view on the courtyard. On the private terrace there is a big table with 6 chairs and there are as well 4 sun loungers. The apartment has three bedrooms with 2 rooms providing double beds and one room with two single beds. All rooms have closets to be able to put your clothes away. There is a state-of-the-art kitchen with possibility to eat at the bar, where 4 bar chairs are at your disposal. The dining room is equipped for 6 people. In the living room there is a big couch with flat screen TV. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one consisting of a bathtub and a shower plus a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and one sink. Perfect for rinsing after a day at the beach, and the bathtub is great for small kids. In the hallway there is an additional separate toilet. The hallway where the rooms are located can be closed off from the living room in order to prevent noise in the sleeping areas.
The beach is very close by the apartment (300m). The beach has fine sand and a lot of beach bars that are open during the full year. There is a boulevard for cycling and walking. A lot of good restaurants as well at your fingertips. There are wellness and spa facilities in the apartment building as well as an interior heated pool.
