You have one big room for sitting, eating and relaxing. It is a nice light big space. It is here also very quiet. You can go quickly go to the centre with bus and metro. And you are also close to nature recreation area. You can swim, walk and bike there. This is a very pretty area. Shops and restaurants are nearby. 10 minutes to go by bus and you are at the metro North. From there you are in 5 minutes at the central station, that is down town. With biking you are with 15 minutes at the free ferry. This is a very nice trip on the IJ. It take 10 minutes to the central station (down town)

We have nice places here to eat and drink like Pina's Grill, Noorderlicht en Pllek. We have a lot of nice museums in Amsterdam. Like van Gogh, Rembrandt, Stedelijk and Rijksmuseum. From here it is also easy by bus going to Zaanse Schans (lot of windmills), Marken (very pretty village on a certain kind of island) If you like biking, there is a very pretty trip going through nature/recreation area Het Twiske and from there you can go to very prette villages like Durgerdam, Broek in het Waterland.
