It is a room with two single beds and a separate bathroom but made available to the guest, apart from their own room; they also have access to all common areas, such as porch; living room; dining room; kitchen; backyard and laundry area.

The neighborhood is located approximately 15-25 minutes (walking) from the central square, in general León is a safe city but it is not recommended to walk from 10 pm onwards.
