Everything. The location, the host, the easiness to check in and check out. No rush to do either. Super quiet. The most beautiful coast to coast view from the balcony. Mattia, the host, is one of the nicest, kindest, most genuine and accommodating human beings we have ever had the honour to come across. He made sure we had what we needed for breakfast and generally left us to our own devices. You are not just renting out a room, you’re basically renting out half a house with your own personal bathroom, balcony and kitchen. Private and free parking is available for one car. There’s a BBQ and chillax area outside. Because mgarr is one of the highest points of the island, there’s always a light breeze. There are 3 sandy beaches very close to the property and more around a 10-20 min drive away. I would suggest renting a car or a moped if you’re going to stay at this property.

We are lovers of nature and farmhouses, so this was the best choice. From the views of sunsets and sunrises from your balcony to the kitchen and room where you have everything you need. Mattia and Katri were very attentive and helpful, also give some really good advices of visiting Malta. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Great location (although a car is recommended), nice view for both sieds of the sea, well equipped kitchen with various food and drink for breakfast. Our host Mattia is a very friendly and helpful guy and even though we had only a little time to talk we got a lot of advice about the things to do and visit on the island.

Beautiful house and great hosts! They gave us many ideas of things to do around the island and made sure that everything was fine during all our stay. The room was quite big and comfortable. Even if the road to get to the house can be difficult, the location is beautiful

Amazing host! Almost like a tour guide, Mattia is a very, very friendly guy. The location is not so near the points of interest, but it is with an amazing view and landscape within Mgarr, Malta.

Mattia e Katrin 2 ottimi host, gentili, simpatici e accoglienti. La camera ha una vista spettacolare, non lontana dalla fermata del bus, e a metà strada tra le spiagge più belle tra la zona est ed ovest, a nord. Siamo state consigliate su cosa fare, dove mangiare e su come muoverci. Abbiamo potuto testare anche la nuova Jacuzzi appena installata :D Il giorno della partenza ci hanno accompagnato alla fermata dell'autobus. Ci siamo sentite a casa <3

La superficie du logement, très spacieux. Pouvoir profiter d'une superbe terrasse pour dîner avec un joli coin détente avec vue sur la mer au nord et au sud. La disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire Matthia et de sa compagne. Leurs conseils pour se déplacer avec Bolt et leurs suggestions de visites et balades que nous avons suivis et que nous avons appréciés. Une belle rencontre chaleureuse. Une location typique dans un très petit hameau au milieu de la colline dominant les champs de cultures maraîchères. Un réel havre de paix.
