A brand new, luxuriously finished modern & spacious apartment. Located conveniently in Msida, close to major bus stops, beaches, sea front, restaurants, university, Mater Dei hospital, offices. Everything you require is found within walking distance, including local traditional restaurants, bars, nightlife, historical monuments and more. All rooms include a private TV (smart TV, Netflix, Youtube etc - no TV channels) and desk inside the room. Included in the accommodation are also a shared kitchen, shared dining area & shared lounge area. Two of the rooms have their own private ensuite bathroom, and two rooms share the main bathroom. The main bathroom is only shared between two bedrooms.

Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Close to the Msida / Ta' Xbiex promenade. Easy bus access to St Julians / Paceville for nightlife, beaches and most areas of Malta.
