Flatiron Apartments аre part of the elite residential-business complex Adora Flatiron Skopje which is located in the heart of the Macedonian metropolis, just 900 meters away and a 7-minute walk from the central square of Skopje, with a wonderful panoramic view of the city and the Porta Macedonia. The facility is located at “Boris Trajkovski” street no. 1, next to the municipality of Centar, at the beginning of municipality Kisela Voda, near the area known as Stara Rampa (Old Ramp). On the reach of the tenants and owners of business premises are all advantages offered by high urban lifestyle and business in the central area of Skopje. Across the street you can find a post office and a bank. Just in front of the building there is a bus station where with bus number 41 you can reach the International Bus station/transport center, and with bus number 4 you can go to Skopje City mall. Around the building you have the possibility to park in a public parking lot, but on your request we can offer you an underground, 24-hour secured parking for 5 EUR per day.
Near the complex are many important institutions in Skopje: Macedonian Parliament, City Trade Center (GTC), Park Zena Borec (Woman Fighter), the Green market, General Hospital St. Naum (City Hospital), Insurance Macedonia, Olympic pool, the National Bank of Macedonia, University Ss. Cyril and Methodius, Vero and Ramstore malls, intercity bus and train station, Macedonian Post, Polyclinic, Ministry of Iinterior, Commercial Bank, Alpha Bank and other institutions needed for easy daily operation of citizens. The complex is in an area with developed infrastructure and roads, easily reached on foot, by car and public transport, without the hassles of parking. Nearby Flatiron apartments you can find a lot of small markets and restaurants with traditional Macedonian cuisine well as traditional bakery’s where you can try simit pie and Macedonian pie named - burek. Around the building there is free public parking is available. However inside secured parking is available upon request (fee charges may apply).
