Bedroom and private bathroom in Luxury Villa, ideal for a romantic getaway. You will benefit from: * Magnificent 180° view between sea and green hills * Sunsets over the sea * Private swimming pool accessible during the day * Wifi 100 Mbps (fiber optic) * Closed and secure subdivision * Single storey * Privacy * Sweetness of the trade winds * Proximity to Grand Case beach, walk down the hill with Creole and gourmet restaurants, bars and beach activities Access to the bedroom is via the outdoor terrace. It is air-conditioned and has the following private facilities: * bathroom * separate WC * kitchenette * desk * covered terrace with table chairs * terrace with deckchairs The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and crockery. You will have access to the pool of the villa between 10 am and 4.30 pm. It is shared with the owners and travelers of the other 2 bedrooms of the villa. You will also have access to a small private terrace facing the bedroom with 2 sun loungers, and also to a shaded common terrace for dining on the left side of the bedroom. Grand case is the historic tourist district of Saint-Martin, with its superb beach, its gourmet restaurants and Creole restaurants, its beach and night bars. The sea is turquoise blue, and the beach very protected from the wind. You can reach on foot or by car the beach of Grand Case and its restaurants down the hill between 10 and 15 minutes on foot. A small car is recommended to take advantage of all the attractions of the island or if you have difficulty walking.
