Reservations with more that 5 rooms and/or 10 beds for the same dates, are consider group reservations and different payment and cancelations conditions will apply.

PAYMENT POLICY:

15% guarantee deposit of the total amount of the stay to guarantee the rooms must be paid at the reservation moment. This deposit is nonrefundable

25% of the group must be paid up to 60 days before the arrival date

35% of the group must be paid up to 30 days before the arrival date

The remaining payment of the rooms and all services contracted must be made 72 hours before the group arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

_ up to 120 days before the arrival date, 100% of the rooms' reservation may be canceled without penalties, excluding the nonrefundable guarantee deposit

_ up to 90 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancelation fee charged

_ up to 60 days before the arrival date, 30% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancelation fee charged

_ up to 30 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancelation fee charged

_ up to 15 days before the arrival date, 10% of the rooms' reservation may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancelation fee charged

_ up to 72 hours before the arrival date, 5% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be full stay cancelation fee charged

These clauses are non-cumulative.

According to Moroccan Law, Moroccan nationals ( female and male ) can not stay in the same hotel room without a marriage contract.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
