Great hotel where you have everything you need. Excellent atmosphere, great staff and the rooms are huge. The gardens are beautiful and the swimming pools are great, it feels like an oasis in the desert. They also offer a free shuttle to Marrakech city which is very handy.

The property is beautiful, quiet and clean. It’s a beautiful oasis for peace and relaxation. I loved all the green, lemon trees, orange trees, and flowers in full bloom. The staff were kind and hospitable. If we had time, we would have gotten a hanmam at the spa. If it was warmer, we’d enjoy the pools. We’ll definitely be back!

Many things, I’ll try to talk briefly about each.The staff was exceptional, when we first arrived on site, the director Nicolas -who is very nice and welcoming by the way- greeted us and talked to us about their amenities and what they offer. The cleaning staff, the waiters and specially the chef were very nice and polite. I booked one of the wings, the bed and couches were extra comfortable. A 5* rating in my book, the nature and how quiet and peaceful the place is was my favorite thing. They make their own jam, soap and honey. All kinds of fruit trees on site. I also have to mention the fact there are 3 swimming pools and plenty of outside seating areas. Overall, I think the place is amazing and I can’t wait to go back again.

The most charming garden ♥️ our kids were running and playing between the citrus trees and roses, we had the most amazing time, we felt so welcomed. The rooms were beautiful, warm floors in the bathrooms, hot water, large bath tubes, comfortable beds. Stuff very helpful and competent. We really liked the breakfast and the restaurant- all compliments to the chiefs and all the stuff. The place offers trips and massage.. We had a lovely time🥰

Lunch and dinner food , location, views , service . We had a heatwave so extra bonus . The pools although cold but it is March one was dirty . Gardens are beautiful, waitors are so good but seem to work long hours and run off there feet . Jacuzzi outside wasn't on but there is a drought! Small fridge in room , bonus . We were in Z9 . They sell alcohol even in Ramadan but alot cheaper in Marrakesh. Carfour didn't sell alcohol but Champion market had large selection and lovely whites for under £5 . We like the bottle La Cuvee du Terroir . You must show him your passport and you can buy as much as you want . Car is essential, once you are out of Marrakesh it's a doddle but not for the faint hearted in Marrakesh. Jezzz . !!
