Our host Hashan and his wife were amazing! Very friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast was good on the rooftop (awesome view), the room was spacious and perfectly clean, the location was good as it was not in the polluted loud city center (you don't want to stay there). Value for money is very good. We would book it again, certainly. Recommend to everyone who is visiting Kandy and wants a high quality stay with good service.

I've traveled all over and can hardly ever give a 10. But Heshan and Iyani are incredible. They make you feel so welcome and are happy to help in any way. We were a last minute booking and that wasn't a problem for them. We also had to stay longer due to a political situation. But every part of Kandy was immensely better because of them. The room is big and open. It's very clean and has everything you need. Great wifi and just a comfortable space. The upstairs balcony has a great sitting area to hang out and enjoy the view and/or sunset. Breakfast is a super highlight- authentic and delicious. Get a TukTuk there/back - super easy with the Pickme App but if not, Heshan is helpful in that as well.

Nicely decorated rooms with a beautiful view. Bed was comfy and the room spacious. Breakfast and diner were delicious and served on the rooftop terrace. The hosts were really friendly, organised Tuktuk, helped with last minute train tickets and he even drove us to Nuwara Eliya. The best ride we had in Sri Lanka.

We loved our 3 night stay. The property is beautifully designed and set in a quiet location approx 3km from Kandy Lake. We liked that we were outside of the city centre, which is busy, but only 10-15 minutes away by tuk tuk (400-500 rps). Our room was clean and comfortable with good working air con and a ceiling fan. Heshan is a great host and a pleasure to speak with. He kindly dropped us in town one evening for free and also rented us a well kept scooter and two clean helmets. The breakfast is very nice and served on a wonderful rooftop. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner one evening. Ruben is a great chef. We will stay again when next in Kandy. Thank you Heshan and family.
