The Villa is a part of my recently constructed house, situated in a suburb of Weligama; the co-ordinates of the Villa are 5.97343, 80.45706. The Villa has high-ceilings and is insect protected, with mesh. Hence guest have the possibility of having fresh-air coming through and sleeping without nets. Rooms are also Air-Conditioned for those who would like a colder temperature. It is 1.6 km. from the closest beach. There is free Motorbike-transport available to this beach. The latter must be discussed prior with Priyanthi, who will ensure that the bike is available for you to get to the beach.

Priyanthi is my wife and runs this villa. She speaks and writes English to a moderate level and will have no issues at all in communicating with you to ensure that you have a pleasant stay in Weligama. In case she is not available "Tharoo" will be available, as a backup option, to assist you with the check-in process. Please note that evidence of Vaccination may be requested, at the time of check-in. Please reach me, "Devin" , via your booking. if you require additional assistance. We have a Power-Generator on-site which is available for your comfort during Power-cuts; at a maximum of 2 hours per day. In case the Power-cut exceeds 2 hours, please communicate your requirements with Priyanthi; who will do her best to satisfy the requirements of all guests.

The neighbourhood is secure and quiet except for the occasional dog barks; a feature of Sri Lankan village life. The locale of this property is quite scenic, with low traffic road in-front; enabling an exercise run in the morning.
