Check-in was very easy and we were able to leave our things when we arrived early (before check-in). The room was clean and smelled good. The bathroom was well-equipped and had a giant tub. The cleaning employees were also very nice when we asked for extra water. I had to transfer to another room when my friend left, and the change of rooms was also very easy, they called me when my room was ready and they prepared a room on the same floor so it was an easy transfer. Check-out was also fairly fast. The hotel was right beside 2 subway exits so transportation to and from was a breeze. There are a number of coffee shops, small eateries, and convenience stores nearby so every time we needed to get something or were feeling a bit hungry, it was easy to just go down and walk less than 5 mins to get something to eat or drink.
