Hello, my name is Lem Esaro. I was born in 1989. I am a temple student. Now that I have just started my own business as a tuk-tuk driver and a tour guide, I am also opening a homestay in my village. If you want to visit Battambang, I am very happy to take you around. I will have unique experiences of the real Cambodia.

Family Batcave Homestay is a simple, affordable, and very cozy accommodation located 13km from Battambang town, surrounded by acres of tropical greenery. Here we will provide you with shared bathrooms with hot or cold water, as well as Khmer bath towels. From your private balcony and from all the rooms, you can enjoy a beautiful rice field view. A fan and mosquito net are included as well. The Bat Cave in Phnom Sampue is 500 meters from our homestay. The famous Bamboo Train and Bannan Temple are approximately 9km from us, and Psar Nar is 13 km away. You can use the bicycles for free. We offer a pickup service (charge) from the bus and boat stations.

Please spend the most amazing homestay with Saro. His family is from a very friendly and nice neighborhood in his village. I absolutely loved to hear about how his family survived the Pol Pot regime. Moreover, it was lovely how he invited us to eat lunch with his family. His wife cooked some really good traditional dishes for us; we got to meet everyone and chill in the hammocks, eating mangos from his tree and drinking happy water. To conclude the day, he took us to the circus and waited for it to finish and bring us home. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the real Cambodia, learn a lot of history, and have a wonderful and unforgettable day! Thank you so much. Lem Esaro
